Delhi High Court has asked Delhi Government to give admission to 130 students, who were denied admissions various grounds including lack of Aadhaar, in government schools. This is after the interpretation of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in its judgment on Aadhar where it has categorically stated that Aadhar is primarily to be used for delivery of subsidies to the eligible.
