Delhi High Court has directed Johnson & Johnson to make an interim payment of Rs. 25 lakh each to four patients, after verifying that they had undergone revision surgeries on receiving faulty hip implants made by the company.
The following matter is listed before the High Court on 29th May and asked Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) to give details of all claimants which were related to the company.
