DIPP formulates draft National e- commerce policy which is now available for public comments
Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade has formulated a draft National e- Commerce Policy, with a view to enable the country to reap benefits of rapid digitization of domestic & global economy. It’s available for public comments at-

The draft National E-Commerce Policy, formulated by DPIIT, has been uploaded on the DPIIT website for public feedback & comments. The policy framework is designed to strengthen & promote digitisation in India. In the words of the Government themselves, apart from addressing the major issues of the e-commerce ecosystem, the draft National E-Commerce Policy identifies critical aspects of each issue & lays out strategies to achieve Government’s vision of adding impetus to the Digital India movement.
